Our Physical body is a temple of energy centers known to us as Chakras. They are symbolically shown in a flower form, with numerous petals showing the circular flow of energy. As you work through channeling these energies, it leads to an experience of awareness at various levels .A state of higher consciousness is achieved when Kundalini, described as a coiled serpent at the base of your spine is evoked. The progress of Kundalini through the different chakras leads to different levels of spiritual encounters, until it finally reaches the top of the head, Sahasrara or Crown Chakra, producing an extremely mystical experience.
